Hi! My name is Renata and physical activity is for me something I need for my everyday functioning.
As a trainer-physiotherapist I value health and lack of limitations in everyday life more than centimetres and kilograms, my biggest motivation is great well-being and unlimited possibilities connected to physical activity. I try to convey my attitude to my clients, that is why my trainings are adjusted to your needs, safe and diverse. This way you will like your sessions and never be bored.
Thanks to my knowledge and skills gained at Jagiellonian University and various courses I will help you care more about your health and fitness, regardless of your current condition, level of fitness or previous training experience (or lack of experience). I can assure you that time spent on training will make you more energetic and happier, a slim figure will be a nice bonus.

FAQ
I have never worked out – is a personal training for me?
If you have no experience in workout, you don’t know how to start or how to use this fancy equipment, you have lots of doubts and the amount of information is overwhelming, this is the reason we should meet.
Personal training is a perfect solution, especially if this is the beginning of your sports journey, or you had a longer break (maybe you experienced an injury and you don’t want to make the same mistakes).
Personal training is also perfect if your motivation for exercises is low, or you feel insecure at the gym.
How long should I exercise to see the first results?
The first results will appear instantly! Shortly after the first training session you will feel great satisfaction, and you will be really proud that you managed to do it. With each training your mood will improve, and your friends and family will notice your positive energy (seriously! These are the words of the people I have worked with). To change your body image, you need to wait a bit longer (a lot depends on your diet), but believe me – your patience will pay off.
What if my schedule is irregular?
The lack of consistent training time is not a problem. It is important to find a free hour for yourself between 7 and 20. One session can be your energetic way to start your day, while the next one may be squeezed between your work obligations, at noon. But if you like the feeling of daily routine, we will adjust the hour to your needs.
How to deal with the lack of motivation?
There isn’t one good answer to this question, but the honest one is: that it depends. There are many motivating factors, each person needs to discover the one which works the best.
What if you started without any particular reasons? Take your time and think about it, we will discuss that at our first meeting.
